WIN A 7'2 Stubby AND a Giant Trance X 29 2!

TOTAL VALUE - $6199AUD!

For our local crew on the ground here it's no news, however our International friends may not have seen any coverage of what's been happening here. The Northern Rivers region has been hit by the worst flood event in recorded history. Entire towns have lost everything, houses, schools, businesses. The response from the local community has been nothing short of inspiring and heroic. Almost the absolute entirety of the rescue and support missions, and the colossal cleanup has been led and carried out by our friends, volunteers, community and grass-roots organizations, but they need our help.

In order to continue to raise much needed funds for our local community, we are raffling off a 7'2 Stubby - valued at $1800AUD.

AND

Our friends Darren and Marty, and the Giant Australia team in Melbourne have been extremely generous in donating a GIANT TRANCE X 29 MTB valued at $4399AUD.  We are proud to be partnering with Giant Australia, who's bikes I've personally been riding for years, but are continuously giving back to the community.

There are no limit on tickets so buy as many as you wish/want to, with the funds raised going directly to Channel Void, who are contributing in real time to the immediate and longer-term efforts required to rebuild the community and support the mental health of not only direct victims, but also civilian first responders and volunteers that have been putting in the hard yards for no other reason than to help. You can find more detailed information on their plans for where your donation will be going, as well as a real time Transparency Portal to HERE.

Raffle will be drawn at 4pm (AEDT) on Monday 14th March, winner will be contacted via email to arrange shipping. World-wide shipping available, so International crew PLEASE don't hesitate to jump on board for a chance to win.

THE BOARD -

Stubby - 7'2 x 21 3/8 x 3 with Mid Blue tint deck and bottom, Powder Blue and White resin spout details and gloss polished finish all over -

Great easy to ride option for a range of conditions.  The Stubby has a foiled hull entry, neutral rails to soft tucked down rail in the tail. A soft double under the back
foot into Vee provides able drive and a familiar reliability to push hard through turns. A flat rocker with wide point and volume pushed forward under the chest. The Stubby can be surfed forward for a super loose feeling, down the line speed and fast high lines, yet shifting to the tail it can be pushed hard through tight arcs and put high into the lip. Best ridden from 6’2 - 7’6.

THE BIKE -

Trance X 29 2

29er confidence and control

29-inch wheels optimised to roll over technical terrain with balance and stability, giving you more momentum on tricky climbs and confidence to fly on fast singletrack descents. Added clearance for up to 2.5-inch tyres.

Progressive suspension

Maestro rear suspension features a trunnion mount shock with a longer stroke and smoother feel. With 135mm of full rear-wheel travel (and 150mm up front), it features an Advanced Forged Composite upper rocker arm for increased stiffness and strength plus lower overall frame weight.

Adjustable geometry

A flip chip lets you change the headtube and seattube angles, along with the bottom bracket height, to fine-tune the handling. You can choose the low position (65.5/77.2 head/seattube angle and 40mm BB drop) for fast, open terrain, or high (66.2/77.9 head/seattube angle and 30mm drop) for slower, tighter singletrack.
