Shipping policy

In most cases, all goods will be shipped either the same or next business day from when the order is processed through the website. Express shipping can be arranged for an extra fee if desired, please reach out to us at hello@deadkooks.com if you wish to make the most of this option. All goods on the website can be shipped worldwide. If the product doesn't give you the option for shipping email us and we can quote to your specific area.

Damages and issues

In the highly unlikely event your board arrives damaged, please take multiple photos of the damage and the damaged box upon receival and forward them on to us immediately. The carriers insurance only gives a 24-hour window from the time of delivery for claims to be made, so we will open a claim as soon as any correspondence is received and notify you of any/all further details that will be required :)
